“Hunar Se Rozgar Tak (HSRT)” PROGRAMME FOR HOSPITALITY SECTOR UNDER THE SCHEME FOR CAPACITY BUILDING FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS – EXTENSION THEREOF TO STATES / UTS
The Govt. of India, Ministry of Tourism launched a Training Programme to create employable skills for the interested youth in the age group of 18 – 28 years with minimum 8th class pass. In its original conception, the Programme was to be conducted by the Institutes of Hotel Management and Food Craft Institutes sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism. It was subsequently decided to extend the programme to States/ UTs so as to reach out to the young eligible persons in much greater numbers. CBSP – Bakery and Confectionary from Jan –Mar’14: Two batches of Bakery & Confectionary were conducted, and totally 50 students were trained. Under the guidance of the Chef.A.Mahesh – Bakery Specialist
CBSP – Food Production: Two batches were trained in Food Production, with a total of 50 students. Under the guidance of Chef MK.Ganesh, Chef. Raghava Reddy and Chef. S.Kranthi Kumar.
