Dr. M.K. Ganesh holds over 28 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry and academia. He specializes in food production, menu planning, and food costing, with a passion for training and skill development. At NITHM since 2011, he currently serves as Principal (In-Charge). He has conducted numerous workshops, trained diverse learner groups, and participated in international programs like the Erasmus+ BIP in Latvia. Dr. Ganesh also serves as LEAR for NITHM in the SIPAS International Project.
