The student volunteers of the National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management (NITHM) were appreciated for their valuable contribution and dedicated volunteer service during the NMDC Hyderabad Marathon 2026, held from 28 to 30 August 2026.

The students actively participated as volunteers and rendered commendable service, contributing to the successful conduct of the event. Their enthusiasm, commitment, teamwork, and sense of responsibility were highly appreciated by the event organizers.

Mr. Rajesh Vetche, Race Director, and Mr. Arun Kumar Kaliappan, President, Hyderabad Runners expressed their appreciation for the valuable support extended by NITHM and its student volunteers. The organizers congratulated Prof. V. Venkata Ramana, Director, NITHM, and Dr. N. Yadagiri, Coordinator, for encouraging and coordinating the participation of NITHM students in the marathon.

NITHM takes pride in the students' active involvement in such large-scale events and appreciates their contribution to community engagement, event management, teamwork, and service.
