About the MBA Program in Tourism & Hospitality
The MBA in Tourism and Hospitality is a two-year (four-semester) full-time program affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTU-H). The program blends academic excellence with practical industry exposure in tourism, travel, hospitality, and management.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification :
- Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates).
- Entrance Examination : Applicants must have a valid score in any of the following management aptitude tests:
- Common Admission Test (CAT)
- Management Aptitude Test (MAT)
- AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA)
- Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TS ICET)
- Other equivalent management entrance exams
Admission Process
- Step 1: Application Submission :
- Candidates must complete the online application form on the NITHM official website.
- A non-refundable application fee of INR 600 must be paid via Demand Draft in favor of "NITHM," payable at Hyderabad.
- Step 2: Selection Process :
- Shortlisted candidates, based on entrance exam scores, will be invited for a Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) conducted by NITHM.
- Step 3: Admission Confirmation :
- Candidates who successfully clear the GD and PI will receive an admission offer and must pay the required admission fee to confirm their enrollment.
Physical Fitness Requirement
All selected candidates must submit a physical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner at the time of admission.
