Kitchens :
Nithm has "state of art" highly sophisticated culinary training kitchens.Our kitchens labs are specifically designed as professional kitchens with modern and latest equipment for hands-on practical learning.

Basic Training Kitchen :
Our Basic training kitchen is equipped to impart practical education on foundations of basic French culinary skills and to create a concrete foundation of all systems,processes,introduction to professional equipment and best practices followed in professional kitchens.Students explore the vastness of culinary diversity in India by cooking various cuisines from different states.

Quantity Training Kitchen :
In the second year of the course ,students are taught to cook in large quantities ,which requires them to work as teams.Team work and coordination among colleagues form a major part of learning for students.

Advanced Training Kitchen :
Our ATK is designed to make students industry ready by honing their multi cuisine culinary skills. Research and innovation based teaching methodology is emphasized upon for the students aspiring to be a part of professional 5 star kitchens.

Bakery :
Students in bakery learn about artisan breads from around the world.Students learn about the intricacies of a baker's job.

Patisserie Lab :
Students learn the art of icing cakes ,chocolate and pastry preparation and plated desserts.Students learning is facilitated by using artisanal ingredients and world class equipment.

Training Restaurant :
A fine dine fully equipped training restaurant is specially designed for students to undergo hands- on training,where students learn the intricacies of serving food in a fine dine restaurant.

Housekeeping Lab :
The housekeeping lab is equipped with the most modern equipment & guest supplies, chemicals, adhesives, linens etc required for accommodation for up keeping & other related jobs. students get hands-on experience in operation & management of guest rooms.

Computer Lab :
The Computer Lab at NITHM is equipped with computers of the latest configuration. Through these computers, students learn the various operational softwares as well as other necessary operations of the computer. The students are also trained in operating softwares specifically concerning the Hospitality and Tourism industry.

Front Office Lab :
In this lab students are trained in various aspects of front office operations ,such as guest registration,billing information and guest relations. emphasis is laid on communication skills, social skills, oratory skills, & handling different types of situations at NITHM,the front office lab is equipped with training software,IDS for enhancing student learning experience.
